I’m Adam Wright, a wellness instructor and coach based in Dayton, Ohio. I work with people who want better health without extreme dieting or complicated rules. My path into wellness came from seeing how small, consistent changes can completely shift energy, confidence, and quality of life—especially when you stop chasing perfection and start building a system.
